    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 c. oil
    • 1 box yellow or white cake mix
    • 1 1/2 c. water
    • 2 eggs beaten
    • 1 lg. can coconut, divided
    • 1 (16 oz.) can cream of coconut
    • 1 lg. carton whipped topping


    Instructions


    1. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish or pan with 1/4 cup oil. Dump in pan and mix together cake mix, water, eggs and 1/2 can of coconut. Mixture will be lumpy and runny. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and punch holes in top while still hot. Pour cream of coconut over cake. Mix together remaining coconut and whipped topping; spread over cake. Refrigerate.
