    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lg. can pumpkin (3 1/2 c.)
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 c. sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    • 1/2 tsp. ginger
    • 1 lg. can evaporated milk
    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 1 1/2 cubes margarine
    • 1 c. nuts, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients except cake mix, margarine and nuts. Pour into oiled 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread cake mix on top. Melt margarine and drizzle over cake topping. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 for 1 hour


    Final Comments


    Serve with Cool Whip or sweetened whipped cream.
