    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    • 4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
    • 4 ozs. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • Dash of salt
    • 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and slowly add powdered sugar while mixing. When mixed well, add the melted chocolate and stir well. Now add vanilla, salt and nuts and mix thoroughly.
    2. Grease an 8 inch square pan and using a spatula, spread the fudge mixture into it. Chill until firm and cut into small squares.
    3. Makes 1 3/4 lbs. Store in refrigerator.
