    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. hamburger meat
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 3 - 4 medium potatoes
    • 1 can green beans, drained (or your favorite canned vegetable)
    • 1 - 2 cups cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Peel and cook potatoes. When done season and mash as you would mashed potatoes. Set aside.
    2. Brown hamburger meat and season to taste. Drain and return to skillet. Add soup and heat through.
    3. Pour hamburger in casserole. Layer green beans, mashed potatoes and cheese.

    4. Bake uncovered in oven at 350 until heated through and cheese is melted.


    Final Comments


    Serve with french bread for an easy one-dish meal.
    This is also very easy to double or triple.
