SHEPHERD'S PIE

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 - 4 medium potatoes
- 1 can green beans, drained (or your favorite canned vegetable)
- 1 - 2 cups cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Peel and cook potatoes. When done season and mash as you would mashed potatoes. Set aside.
- Brown hamburger meat and season to taste. Drain and return to skillet. Add soup and heat through.
- Pour hamburger in casserole. Layer green beans, mashed potatoes and cheese.
- Bake uncovered in oven at 350 until heated through and cheese is melted.
Final Comments
Serve with french bread for an easy one-dish meal.
This is also very easy to double or triple.
