    Given to me by Donna Cruz at Amherst ISD


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups sugar
    • 3 T Ground Cinnamon
    • 2 28 oz cans canned apples, drain
    • 1 lb brown sugar
    • 1 lb flour
    • 1 1/2 lbs rolled oats
    • 1 T baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1 lb margarine or butter


    Instructions


    1. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon and apples.
    2. Pour fruit mixture into 9X13 pans
    3. Combine brown sugar, flour, oats, baking powder and salt.
    4. Mix in butter or margarine, crumble on top of apple mixture.
    5. Cook until brown and bubbly: 30 - 40 minutes at 300 degrees.
