List of Ingredients
- CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- FILLING
- 1 8oz package cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 carton Cool Whip
- PUDDING
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 heaping tablespoons cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups milk
- Vanilla to tase
- 1/2 stick margarine
Instructions
- CRUST: Mix to texture of peas.
- Press into cake pan.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
- Cool, then add filling.
- FILLING: Beat until fluffy.
- Spread over crust, then add pudding.
- PUDDING: Cook until thick, cool.
- When cool, pour over filling.
- Top all this with Cool Whip.
