    MOTHER'S GOLDEN PEACH CRUNCH

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cans (2 oz.) cling peach slices
    • 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    • 1/4 tsp. cornstarch
    • 1/4 nutmeg
    • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
    • 1 cup quick oats (uncooked)
    • 1/3 cup oleo, melted
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
    • 1/4 tsp. salt


    Instructions


    1. Drain peach slices, mix with cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice.
    2. Turn into oiled 8 inch baking dish.
    3. Combine oats, oleo, sugar and salt.
    4. Mix until crumbly.
    5. Sprinkle over peaches.
    6. Bake at 375 about 30 minutes.
    7. Serve hot with plain or whipped cream.
