    List of Ingredients


    • 1 packet Butter Buds, made into liquid
    • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
    • 1 cup sifted whole wheat flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 package (6 oz.) chocolate chips
    • 2 cups 40% bran flakes


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Spray 2 cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
    3. In large mixing bowl, combine Butter Buds, oil, and sugar.
    4. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    5. Mix dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture.
    6. Stir in chocolate chips and cereal.
    7. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheets.
    8. Bake 8-10 minutes.
    9. Remove cookies immediately to cooling racks.
