    Cream Sauce for Pecan Chicken


    List of Ingredients


    • small onion, chopped
    • 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    • 1/2 stick oleo
    • 1/4 c. flour
    • 2 c. water
    • 3 chicken bouillon cubes
    • 1 pt. sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Saute onion and fresh mushrooms in oleo. Add flour, then add water and bouillon. Cook until thick, then add sour cream. Serve over noodles.
