    List of Ingredients


    • 2 - 3 oz pkgs orange jello
    • 1 cup boiling water
    • 2 cups apricot nectar
    • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained and cut in halves
    • 1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
    • 1 cup minature marshmallows
    • 1 cup whipping cream


    Instructions


    1. Dissolve jello in boiling water, stir in apricot nectar and chill until syrupy.
    2. Add the remaining ingredients and pour into a 5 cup oiled mold. Chill until firm.


    Final Comments


    I use the juice from the canned fruit to replace the same amount of water. I sometimes double the pineapple.
