APRICOT NECTAR SALAD

List of Ingredients
- 2 - 3 oz pkgs orange jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups apricot nectar
- 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained and cut in halves
- 1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup minature marshmallows
- 1 cup whipping cream
Instructions
- Dissolve jello in boiling water, stir in apricot nectar and chill until syrupy.
- Add the remaining ingredients and pour into a 5 cup oiled mold. Chill until firm.
Final Comments
I use the juice from the canned fruit to replace the same amount of water. I sometimes double the pineapple.
