HASHBROWN POTATO CASSEROLE

List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag hashbrown potatoes
- 2 lb. velveeta cheese
- 1 qt. mayonnaise
- 1 small jar real bacon bits (reserve 1/4 jar)
- 1 T. chives
- 1 can chopped green chiles
Instructions
- Melt cheese and stir in mayonnaise. Add last three ingredients Combine potatoes and cheese mixture and pour in baking dish. Top with bacon bits and cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes at 325. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
