SWEET POTATO CRUNCH

List of Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 stick butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sweet milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 stick softened oleo
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Mix potatoes and next six ingredients and place in baking dish.
- Mix topping ingredients until crumbly.
- Spread over potato mixture.
- Bake 30 minutes at 200.
