    SWEET POTATO CRUNCH

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 stick butter (melted)
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup sweet milk
    • 2 tsp. vanilla
    • Topping:
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1/2 stick softened oleo
    • 1/3 cup flour
    • 1 cup chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Mix potatoes and next six ingredients and place in baking dish.

    2. Mix topping ingredients until crumbly.

    3. Spread over potato mixture.

    4. Bake 30 minutes at 200.
