GREEN BEAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE PACKETS
4 sheets (12 x 18 inches each )heavy duty Reynolds wrap foil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 ounce) cream or mushroom soup, undiluted
Paprika
2 cups fresh or frozen cut green beans (could use canned geen beans too)
2 medium potatoes, cut in 3/4 inch cubes
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
Preheat oven to 450 degrees or preheat grill to medium high
Place 1 chicken breast half on each sheet of foil. Spoon soup over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Top with vegetables and dot with butter.
Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside packets. Repeat to make four packets
Bake 30 to 35 minutes on cookie sheet in oven OR
Grill 22 to 24 minutes on medium high in covered grill. Makes 4 servings.
