    List of Ingredients




    Oatmeal Molasses Bread or Oatmeal Maple Syrup Bread

    1 pkg yeast
    1 C quick-cooking oats
    3 C bread flour
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 C molasses
    1 T vegetable oil
    1 1/4 C plus 1 T warm water

    Place ingredients in bread machine in order given. Select "white bread" setting. Yield: 1 1 1/2# loaf

    I place the ingredients with the liquid ingredients first.

    This is a very easy recipe to make. Wonder as toast too.
