    EVELYNS'S BANANA SPLIT CAKE

    2 cups crushed Graham crackers
    1 stick margarine, melted
    Press into 9 x 13 inch cake pan

    Beat together for 10 minutes:
    1 egg
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 stick margarine, softened
    Pour over cracker crumbs.

    Slice 5 bananas in half lengthwise and place on creamed mixture

    Drain 1 regular sized can of crushed pineapple
    sliced strawberries if in season
    Place on top of bananas

    Spread 1 (8 ounce container ) of Cool Whip over fruit.

    Sprinkle with nuts, chopped cherries and/or shredded coconut.

    Refrigerate.
