    List of Ingredients




    1 yellow Cake mix (Duncan Hines)
    2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
    2 Jello Regular Vanilla Instant Pudding mix
    2 regular cans crushed pineapple
    1 lg Cool Whip
    Chopped nuts for sprinkling on top
    Toasted coconut for sprinkling on top.


    Bake cake as directed by the mix in a 17 X 11 pan for 20 minutes. Cool.

    Make jello pudding mix as directed.

    Cream softened cream cheese with mixer.

    Put creamed cheese into pudding and mix well

    Spread on top of baked cake.

    Spread drained pineapple on top of the pudding mixture.

    Spread Cool Whip on top.

    Sprinkle with chopped nuts and toasted coconut.

    Refrigerate for up to 5 days if carefully wrapped with foil.
