    This was demonstrated on our local TV station and it is a light frozen pie--no cooking. Very easy too.

    List of Ingredients




    1 Cup graham cracker crumbs (can use chocolate grahams or vanilla wafers)
    3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
    1/4 Cup frozen Margarita Mix, thawed

    1 pint Lime sherbet, softened
    1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt, softened
    1/3 cup frozen Margarita Mix, thawed

    Fat Free Cool Whip or other whipped topping, thawed, optional
    Lime slices, chocolate shavings for garnish, optional

    Recipe



    For crust, mix first 3 ingredients until moist and crumbly. Press crust mixture into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Set aside.

    For filling, mix sherbet, frozen yogurt, and Margarita mix until blended and creamy. Pour filling on top of crust. Place pie in freezer for at least 6 hours, until filling refreezes and sets.

    When ready to serve, top pie with cool whip and place lime slices around edges of pie.

    This tastes a lot like key lime pie.

    Yield, 8 servings. Calories-210
