    STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE

    List of Ingredients




    2 Tablespoons cornstarch
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup water
    1 cup sliced rhubarb
    1/2 box of a 3 oz Strawberry jello
    2 pints strawberries, halved
    1 baked pie shell

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan, mix cornstarch and sugar. Stir in water until smooth. Add rhubarb; cook and stir until clear and thickened. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Cool. Pour about half of rhubarb sauce in pastry shell. Arrange berrries over sauce' top with remaining sauce. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
