    BUBBLE PIZZA

    I believe I got this recipe from one of the Country magazines or Taste of Home. It is a real hit with children or teenages. It is very easy to make. It does NOT freeze well.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
    • 1 can (15 oz) pizza sauce
    • 2 tubes (12 ounces each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    • 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 cup (6 ounces) shredded chedder cheese


    Instructions


    1. In a skillet, brown the beef and drain off fat. Stir in the pizza sauce. Quarter the biscuits; place in a greased 9 x 13 in pan. Top with beef mixture. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with the shredded cheeses and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
