    CHICKEN/PASTA/ARTICHOKE SALAD

    List of Ingredients

    1 package tri-color macaroni
    3 cups cooked chopped chicken
    1 cup chopped or sliced celery
    1 small onion, diced
    1 can artichoke hearts cut in quarters
    1 or 2 small cans sliced olives
    1/2 cup mayonaise
    1/2 cup Italian dressing
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon prepared mustard
    salt and pepper to taste

    Cook macaroni; cool. Add to the macaroni the chicken, celery, olives, onion, and artichoke hearts and mix.

    Combine the mayonaise, Italian dressing, lemon juice, mustard and salt and pepper. Add to first mixture and mix well. Chill at least 2 hours.

    Note: Connie at the RT also suggested using marinated mushrooms and shredded carrot. A good addition!
