CREAM CHEESE AND PINEAPPLE JELLO SALAD

I often serve this at Christmas.





List of Ingredients



• 1 small package of lime jello
  
• 1 4 ounce package of cream cheese, softenend
  
• 1/4 cup chopped celery
  
• 1 cup hot water
  
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  
• 1 small can of crushed pineapple, drained
  






Instructions



1. Dissolve jello in hot water and let set until syrupy. Combine the softened cream cheese,nuts, celery and pineapple. Add to jello mixture and place in molds or square pan and refrigerate. Cut in squares and serve.
   
2. If I am making this for my Christmas salad I will add a small dollop of mayonnaise on each square with a dash of paprika. Makes it look Christmasy
