    NAPA VALLEY SALAD


    List of Ingredients


    • 8 cups thinly sliced Chinese cabbage
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
    • 1 tablespoons minced parsley
    • 1 green onion, sliced including the top
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    • 1 1/2 tablespoon dry onion soup mix
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk or half and half


    Instructions


    1. After slicing the cabbage, chill while preparing the dressing.
    2. In a bowl combine sour cream, onion, soup mix, blue cheese, mayonaise and parsley. Add milk to make a good dressing consistency. Pour dressing over cabbage and sprinkle onions over top. Mix lightly. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
