    Nancy made this from the old Better Homes Cookbook

    List of Ingredients




    1/3 cup butter
    4 large baking potatoes, pared and sliced 1/2 inch
    3/4 cup crushed cornflakes
    1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp paprika

    Recipe



    Melt butter on cookie sheet at 375 degrees oven. Add single
    layer of potatoes and turn once to coat butter on both sides.
    Mix remaining ingred. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake 1/2 hour
    or until tender to touch.
