    Slow-Cooker Pot Roast

    List of Ingredients

    4 lb. boneless Chuck roast
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tbl. oil
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    5 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 bag baby carrots







    Recipe

    Heat oil in large skillet. Season roast with salt and pepper. Brown roast on both sides in hot oil. Place roast in crockpot. Add potatoes and carrots on top of meat. In medium bowl, mix both cans of soup and the package of soup mix. Pour over veggies and meat. Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hrs.
