    8 c. cauliflower florets
    1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
    1 16 oz. jar cheddar cheese sauce





    Recipe




    In slow cooker, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Lay double layer of paper towels between pot and cover, to absorb excess moisture. Cover and cook on Low 6-8 hours or High for 3 hours.
