Cubed Steak with Gravy

Aujus gravy mix
Cream of chicken soup
Ca French Onion soup
1/2 cup water
1 to 2 pounds cubed steak
To thicken gravy
3 T cornstarch
3 T cold water
In bottom of slow cooker combine soup, au jus and water.
Stir well. Put cubed steak in cooker
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours
Remove steak. Whisk together water and cornstarch
Stir mixture into cooker. Cook until thickened
Put steak back in gravy until serving.
Serve with mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
