Quick & easy.... Nice, cool, refreshing dessert on a hot day! (and you don't have to turn the oven on.... just mix, let sit and serve!)


List of Ingredients




16 oz. whipped topping (thawed)
2 11 oz. cans mandarin oranges (drained well)
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple* (drained well)
1 20 oz. can fruit cocktail** (drained well)
6 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. flaked coconut

*Can substitute pineapple tidbits (drained well)
**Can substitute sliced peaches (drained well and diced)

Recipe



Mix all of the well-drained fruits in large bowl. Add marshmallows and coconut. Mix well. Fold in whipped topping until well combined. Cover and refrigerate at least an hour before serving.

Note: I usually add a few drops of food coloring to the whipped topping before mixing with the other ingredients.
