    An impressive and easy dessert!

    List of Ingredients




    2-8oz. pkgs cream cheese (softened)
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    18 vanilla wafers
    canned pie filling of your choice (we prefer cherry and blueberry)

    Recipe



    Cream softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. In cupcake pan, use aluminum cupcake liners, placing vanilla wafer, flat side down, in each cup. Fill 2/3 full with batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until tops are just lightly golden. Cool on wire rack. Fill with pie filling of your choice. Keep refrigerated.
