List of Ingredients




1 lb. angel hair
1 bottle of Zesty Italian dressing (recommend Kraft)(divided)
salt & pepper to taste
1-2 rounded tsp. chopped garlic
1 med. red pepper
1 med. green pepper
1 med. yellow pepper
1 cucumber
3 scallions
2 tomatoes
6-8 radishes (optional)
1 carrot


Recipe



Cook angel hair according to pkg. directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well again. In lg. bowl, mix pasta with 3/4 bottle of dressing, salt and pepper, and chopped garlic. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Finely chop peppers, cucumber, scallions, tomatoes and radishes. Finely chop carrot in mini processor. Add all vegetables to angel hair. Add remainder of dressing if necessary. Refrigerate until served.
