List of Ingredients
14 lb. turkey, completely thawed
3 carrots, in large chunks
1 lg. onion, in large chunks
4 stalks celery, in large chunks
2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Remove wings and legs from body. Add turkey body and all ingredients to large stock pot. Add only enough water to cover. Cover pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Add legs and wings and cook 45 minutes longer. Remove pan from heat and, leaving cover on pot, allow turkey to cool in the water until it reaches room temperature and can be easily handled. Debone and used cooked turkey as desired. Strain broth and use as desired.
Suggested uses: Pot pie, sliced for sandwiches, soup, turkey salad, warmed with gravy and served over noodles, rice or potatoes, casseroles, etc.
