    List of Ingredients




    1 12oz. package of Angel Hair Pasta
    3/4 stick butter, melted
    1 clove garlic, freshly ground
    1 can artichokes, quartered
    1/3 cup Mediterranean olives, sliced 1/4" thick
    2 tablespoons capers
    10 cherry tomatoes quartered
    Parmesan Cheese

    Recipe



    Melt butter in sauce pan, add garlic, artichoke quarters, olives, and capers. Cook until heated throughout. Boil pasta in salted water and drain. Add quartered tomatoes and heat for 1-2 minutes. Add butter mixture to pasta and toss. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with Parmesan Cheese.

    Serve with an Italian bread and white wine.
