    Uncooked Sausage Balls can be frozen, if desired. Bake frozen balls at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups biscuit mix
    1 pound ground hot pork sausage
    1 (10-ounce) package sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, pressing mixture together with hands. Shape into 3/4-inch balls and place on lightly greased baking sheets.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield about 8 dozen.
