    Canape- Crab-Swiss Bites

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 pound fresh crabmeat
    1 tablespoon green onion, sliced
    4 ounces Swiss cheese, grated
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon curry powder
    1 package flaky-style rolls
    Salt to taste

    Recipe

    Combine crabmeat, green onion, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder. Mix well. Separate rolls each into 3 layers. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Spoon on crabmeat mixture. Bake at 400 degrees F 9-12 minutes or til golden brown.
    The crab mixture may be made 2-3 hours in advance. One hour before serving, the rolls may be spread with the mixture and refrigerated until baking time. Makes 36.
