    Spread- Natalie's Red Pepper Spread

    List of Ingredients


    1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1 cup roasted red peppers, rinsed and drained (1/2 of a 15-ounce jar)
    3/4 teaspoon garlic pepper
    2 teaspoons dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon whipping cream

    In a food processor fitted with a metal blade, process all ingredients until almost smooth. Keep refrigerated until serving time. Serve with crackers, fresh vegetable dippers or Italian or French bread slices, toasted, if desired. Makes about 1 3/4 cups spread or dip.
