    3 tablespoons butter or margarine
    1 pound shelled raw cashews
    1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1/8 teaspoon sweet paprika
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/8 teaspoon chili powder
    1/8 teaspoon ground cumin




    Recipe



    In large skillet, melt butter or margarine; add nuts. Stir over medium heat until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels. In a small bowl or cup, combine remaining ingredients. Stir to blend. Place drained nuts in a paper or plastic bag. Add salt mixture. Close neck of bag and shake well to coat nuts. Cool and serve, or store in a closed jar ina cook, dark place. Makes 1 pound.
