    Sausage- Smoked Sausages with Mustard Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup half-and-half
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 tablespoons dry mustard
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 cup vinegar
    Cocktail-size smoked link sausage

    Recipe

    Pour 3/4 cup half-and-half into a small saucepan; place over low heat, stirring occasionally until bubbly.
    Combine next 5 ingredients with remaining half-and-half, mixing well; gradually add heated half-and-half, and mix well. Return mixture to saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened.
    Remove sauce from heat, and gradually stir in vinegar. Serve with sausages. Yield about 2 cups
