    List of Ingredients





    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed

    2 8-ounce hunks cream cheese, softened*

    1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened*

    2 teaspoons Fines Herbes

    1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed

    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    1/2 teaspoon salt


    Recipe



    Whip all ingredients in a food processor or, using a hand mixer, in a mixing bowl until smooth. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

    * Can substitute 3 8-ounce hunks Neufchatel cheese for cream cheese and butter for a lower-fat spread
