    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    16 ounces pink salmon, flaked
    1/4 teaspoon liquied smoke
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    2 teaspoons minced onion
    1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
    Freshly ground pepper
    Chopped parsley (optional)
    Chopped pecans (optional)

    Recipe



    Cream softened cream cheese. Add salmon, liquid smoke, lemon juice, onion and horseradish. Blend thoroughly. Season to taste with freshly ground pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley and/or pecans, if desired. Serve with crackers.
