    List of Ingredients




    24 chicken wings (disjointed tips discarded)
    Garlic salt
    Onion salt
    Freshly ground pepper
    Peanut Sauce:
    1/3 cup apricot preserves
    1/3 cup half-and-half
    1/3 cup peanut butter
    2 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

    Recipe



    Wings:
    Preheat broiler or barbecue. Sprinkle the chicken with garlic salt, onion salt, and pepper. Broil on a rack 4-6 inches from heat source until crisp and brown, about 3-5 minutes per side. Serve hot or at room temperature with Peanut Sauce.

    Sauce:
    Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Serve at room temperature.
