    List of Ingredients




    4 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    3 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    4 large eggs
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
    2/3 cup water
    1 cup chopped pecans

    Beat first 14 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fold in pecans. Spoon evenly into 2 greased and floured 9- x 5- inch loafpans.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in panes on wire racks 10 minutes; remove from pans, and cool completely on wire racks. Yield 2 loaves
