    Pie- Chocolate Fudge Pie


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 stick butter or margarine
    • 3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
    • 4 eggs, well beaten
    • 3 tablespoons white corn syrup
    • 1 1/2 cups sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter and chocolate in top of double boiler.

    2. Beat eggs well and add other ingredients; add chocolate and butter.

    3. Mix well and pour into 10-inch crust.

    4. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until top is crusty and filling is set. Do not overbake.

    5. This pie does not need meringue; may be served with ice cream or whipped cream. It is a very rich pie.
