2 (1 lb.) boxes confectioner’s sugar
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. butter
2 cups finely chopped pecans
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
Recipe
• Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl (use hands if necessary). Shape into balls smaller than a walnut. Let it sit for about one hour.
• Melt 12 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate with 1 oz. of baker’s wax. Using a round toothpick, dip balls into chocolate and place on wax paper. Leave chocolate over warm heat while dipping. Do not refrigerate bon bons. Makes about 11 dozen bon bons.
