    Candy

    1 stick softened butter

    1 3/4 c. (18 oz. jar) creamy peanut butter

    1 tsp. vanilla

    About 1 lb. confectioners sugar

    Recipe




    • Cream butter, peanut butter and vanilla together, adding confectioner’s sugar until proper consistency is reached. Roll candy into one-inch balls and place on wax paper-lined cookie sheet. Freeze for at least one hour. Then, with a spoon or toothpick, dip into melted chocolate (the same as you used for the bon-bons).
