Can't Fail Divinity
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/3 cup water
Pinch of salt
1 pint marshmallow cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Mix sugar, water and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook to hard boil stage (250 degrees on candy thermometer, or when a small amount is dropped in chilled water, it is rigid but still pliable). Place marshmallow cream in a bowl and beat in sugar syrup slowly until candy holds its shape. Fold in nuts and vanilla. Drop from teaspoon onto wax paper or a buttered plate.
