    Bar- Orange Cranberry Pecan

    List of Ingredients





    CRUST:

    1 cup flour
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/3 cup butter
    1 cup pecans

    FILLING:

    1 ¼ cups sugar
    2 tablespoons flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tablespoons milk
    1 tablespoons orange peel, shredded
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup cranberries
    ½ cup coconut

    Recipe



    For the crust: Mix flour, sugar and butter. Stir in ½ cup of the pecans. Press into 13-by-9-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

    For the filling: Meanwhile combine sugar, flour, beaten eggs, milk, orange peel and vanilla. Fold in cranberries, coconut and remaining ½ cup pecans, spread over crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Cut while warm. Serve at room temperature.
