    Crust

    1 stick butter

    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese

    1 c. flour




    Filling

    1 egg

    3/4 c. brown sugar (packed)

    1 Tbsp. soft butter

    dash salt

    1 tsp. vanilla

    2/3 cup nuts



    Recipe



    Crust: • Cream cheese and butter and add flour. Divide into 24 balls. Put one ball into each section of a well-greased muffin tin. Flatten before putting in, to make a miniature pie crust.

    Filling: • Mix all ingredients together and spoon into shells. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool completely before removing pies.
