Apricot Casserole
List of Ingredients
1 (17-ounce) can apricot halves, drained
1 cup light brown sugar, packed in cup
11/2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
Recipe
Place apricots, cut side up, in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar, then with crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until thickened with a crusty top.
