    Salmon- Hoisin-Baked Salmon

    List of Ingredients


    2 pieces skinned salmon fillet

    2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

    2 teaspoons soy sauce

    Few drops Asian sesame oil

    1/4 teaspoon chili paste or hot sauce, optional

    1 to 2 teaspoons sesame seeds (light or black)


    Recipe

    Place salmon on baking dish or tray. Thin hoisin with soy sauce and flavor with a few drops of sesame oil. Stir in chili paste or hot sauce, if using.

    Brush or spoon mixture on salmon. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375 degrees 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 2 servings.

    Per serving: 358 calories, 38 percent calories from fat, 45 grams protein, 7 grams carbohydrates, .67 gram total fiber, 15 grams total fat, 121 milligrams cholesterol, 661 milligrams sodium.
