    Serves 4
    Preparation Time: 15 minutes

    3 tablespoon olive oil
    3 tablespoons butter
    4 large cloves garlic, cut in half
    1 cup Bargetto Gewurztraminer
    2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    2 pounds shrimp, shelled and deveined

    Recipe



    In a large heavy skillet, heat oil and butter until haze forms. Add garlic and cook until browned. Remove garlic and discard. Add wine and bring to a boil. Lower heat and whisk in mustard. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink (3 to 4 minutes). Serve with lots of sourdough bread for dunking the sauce and, of course, drink the rest of the Gewurztraminer with the shrimp.
