    Pork- Happy Holly Ham Glaze

    List of Ingredients



    1 CURE 81 half ham
    1 (16-oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1/2 t. ground cloves
    1/4 t. ground cinnamon
    1/4 t. ground allspice


    Recipe

    Bake ham according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients. Heat slowly until smooth, beating with a wire whisk or rotary beater. Thirty minutes before ham is done, spoon half of the glaze over ham. Continue baking. Serve ham with remaining glaze. Serves 8 to 10.
